Nice has a new touchscreen for dealers and homeowners to play around with this year. While at ISC West 2025, the company announced an early preview of what it’s calling the latest evolution of its popular GC series. Anyone attending ISC West this week will be able to see the new 7-inch GC Touch in person in Meeting Room Titian 2306 at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas, where Nice will be located.
100 Zones of Control Offer Plenty of Room for Systems to Grow
Being added to the 2GIG touch panel line, the GC Touch—in addition to providing touchscreen control—will also feature real-time two-way voice communication with Central Stations, and updated Z-Wave connectivity, in addition to being super scalable.
According to Nice, the GC Touch will be able to support up to 100 zones of control with its 7-inch capacitive touchscreen (including that new garage door opener Nice released in February). It’s also supposed to be a lot easier for professional installers to set it up compared to past products.
“We designed the 2GIG GC Touch to provide a next-level experience for dealers and end users alike,” said Paul Williams, Global Managing Director for Nice Home Management Business Unit at Nice North America.
The GC Touch will even be compatible with legacy and next-gen sensors, including the 2GIG 345S Sensor Line, offering extended range, longer battery life, and a smart encrypted/unencrypted toggle.
Nice Previews GC Touch Alongside E+ Sensors at ISC West
While at ISC West, Nice also has a new set of E+ sensors on display that the company released last April. These include door/window contact sensors, motion detectors, glass break detectors and plenty of others, all with extended ranges for intrusion and notification.
