MetraAV has announced that it is shipping its Spyclops 4K Surveillance Cameras with Color Night Vision.
The Holly Hill, Fla.-based electronics company has also introduced a trio of new power distribution boxes. Taking a brief look at the new power distribution boxes, MetraAV says the new products incorporate LED status indicators that show when AC power is connected and the 12-volt power supplies are on.
The company adds the power distribution boxes are available in five, nine and 18-way power configurations to support a range of camera installations.
MetraAV explains the new Spyclops 4K Surveillance Cameras with Color Night Vision are available in a choice of either a mini bullet style IP (SPY-MNBLT3WIP8) or mini turret dome style IP (SPY-MNDM3WIP8). Both cameras deliver 4K resolutions, along with 2.8mm fixed lenses, 8MP CMOS sensors, and built-in PoE.
Some of the other features the new Spyclops 4K Surveillance Cameras with Color Night Vision offer include options for color night vision or smart IR LEDs based on the environment; smart IR LEDs that automatically adjusts the IR LEDs for night vision up to 25 meters, and both cameras are water-resistant IP67 rated.
Additionally, the cameras support the H.264, H.264+, H.265 and H.265+ video codecs, and the products also include built-in microphones.
