Providing users with a user-friendly, versatile mixing device, Mackie has announced its M-Caster Live Portable Streaming Mixer.
The latest product from Mackie was designed specifically for content creators to enable the creation of podcasts, live social media streams, as well as a tool for DJs and musicians in home studios.
Mackie explains the M-Caster Live Portable Streaming Mixer can connect to users’ smart devices headphone outputs or via USB connections to computers running software that includes OBS. The company points out because the product is designed for portable applications, users can power the unit with an external power source.
The M-Caster Live offers ContourFX that allows for professional sounding voices using a single knob, and it also comes with StreamFX voice changer that allows users to change their voices to create new characters or simply disguise their voices.
Other features built into the M-Caster Live product include a user-selectable RGB LED under lighting option that lights up the mixer to enhance its appearance in environments such as night clubs. Mackie also packages a software bundle from Accusonus that includes a perpetual license of the company’s ERA Voice Leveler and De-Esser plugins, as well as a three-month All-Access subscription.
The software bundle also includes repair tools such as Noise Remover, Voice Deepener, Mouth De-Clicker and Reverb Remover.
