The California-based software company D-Tools has just introduced its new System Integrator v.14 dealer software package.
D-Tools states that executives, sales teams and project managers will value the latest version of System Integrator. The company says that by taking a data-driven approach to streamline workflows, the new System Integrator v.14 enables users to create customized checklists for one-off applications such as punch lists.
Explaining the software in greater detail, D-Tools says System Integrator v.14 provides a number of capabilities that include:
- Gantt chart: This type of chart can be used for project planning. This option allows for users to view tasks and milestones by phase, system or location. It also provides the ability to assign responsibilities and start and completion dates.
- Customizable checklists: This option enables users to create customized and reusable checklists. This option supports functions such as punch lists.
- New Business Intelligence Reporting: D-Tools notes this feature lets users build queries across projects, clients, purchase orders, service orders and service plans.
- Bulk Purchase Order Creation: This time-saving feature enables users to create purchase orders for multiple vendors and projects in batch.
- Updated UI: Some of the new updated interface elements include new icons and redesigned ribbons that were developed to improve the overall user experience.
