The pandemic that’s impacted the world for about a year now has affected people in many ways, including how they work. BDI’s new height-adjustable, Lift Standing Desks and matching shelves and storage pieces have been released to help people work in today’s new COVID world.
BDI says that height-adjustable desks have been increasingly popular in office environments for a while. Its new line of standing desks offer homeowners motorized legs that feature three-stage lift mechanisms. According to the company, the three-stage lift mechanisms offer users a greater range of height options than two-stage models, and BDI says the mechanism is designed to raise and lower desks quickly and smoothly.
The company states that it tested the lift mechanisms through a 20,000 cycle test to validate the units work reliably for long periods of time.
Additionally, BDI notes the standing desks also used a 220-pound load during its testing process to ensure the desks work with heavy loads without fail.
The line of products offers a choice of three models: Centro, Stance and Sequel, and the products are available in a choice of colors and trim packages.
