The latest EdgeSmart switch from TRENDnet is the company’s new TPE-TG50ES 5-port PoE+ switch.
TRENDnet says that like its other EdgeSmart switches the new TPE-TG50ES 5-port PoE+ switch provides management features such as RSTP, Static link aggregation, loopback detection, IGMP snooping, VLAn and QoS.
Some of the other features the Trendnet 5-port PoE+ switch provides include four gigabit PoE+ ports; a single gigabit port, bandwidth control per port, voice VLAN for VoIP applications, and a web-based management interface.
In addition, TRENDnet points out that the switch, which comes with a lifetime warranty uses a fanless design to minimize noise, and it is constructed with a wall-mountable metal housing.
