Chris Lehnen returns to the company as general manager for North America; Aaron Chisena joins as VP of sales, U.S. East Coast; and Kai Sepp has come on board as business development manager EMEA.
The expansion demonstrates the firmโs commitment to delivering advanced docking solutions to its clients, the company states in the announcement.
Lehnen assisted in the setup and operation of the U.S.-based iRoom division from 2012 to 2016. He spent the past 3.5 years with Origin Acoustics as Western regional vice president and with SpeakerCraft as director of international business and Western sales manager.
With 20+ years of experience, success and relationships on the manufacturer level in the CEDIA channel, Lehnen will drive business, marketing, product development, and future growth plans, according to the company.
With a diverse and successful background in sales, marketing and management, Chisena most recently served as enterprise sales manager at Biamp and before that was director of global sales for Autonomic and global product manager for Bosch.
Joining from the parent company of iRoom, Eltako GmbH, Sepp will be sales manager for Europe at iRoomโs Salzburg, Austria, headquarters. He is a certified network administrator with a diverse electronics background.
“Chris Lehnen, Aaron Chisena and Kai Sepp each have proven success in leading high-performance sales teams through innovative technologies and creative programs. These strengths are a natural fit for iRoom in its new product evolution and growth plans,” says Marc Hofer, CEO of iRoom.
“I am thrilled to having a dynamic leadership team and look forward to drawing from their expertise and synergies in developing new business strategies and growing our brand.”ย
