RoseWater Energy Group, a provider of next-generation integrated energy management and storage systems, has announced that David Laikind has joined the team as vice president, sales.

David Laikind has an long career in consumer electronics sales. Starting as a car audio installer, Laikind’s experience quickly grew to include retail audio store manager, as well as several gigs as a manufacturer’s representative, and owning a rep firm and computer company.

According to RoseWater Energy, Laikind has a keen eye for emerging technology. Throughout his career, he has nurtured the adoption of burgeoning categories like home automation and lighting controls and concepts such as recurring revenue to both residential and pro AV integrators. Liking has also worked closely with the design and architecture communities to grow their awareness and acceptance of new tech.

“I heard about RoseWater a few years ago while working at C & E Marketing and we added the line to the Southeast US market,” comments Laikind.

“Once I saw how RoseWater Energy products resolved so many issues for both residential and commercial integrators and how easy they are to work with, I wanted to join the team.”

“David understands the impact of how power affects all installed technology products,” says Joe Piccirilli, CEO and managing director of RoseWater Energy Group.

“The dealers he works with are excited about installing the RoseWater Hub not only as a solution for reliability and reduced call backs – it’s the peace of mind it brings to their clients. We’re excited to have him on the team.”

RoseWater Energy works closely with their integrators to educate and support them to ensure the energy storage and management Hub is specified correctly at the beginning of the project. The integrator becomes the ‘power expert’ for the client. Managing end-user’s expectations and understanding of the product capabilities are part of that process. RoseWater Energy manages the product installation with the integrator and their nation-wide electrical installation team.

RoseWater Energy’s products are the only energy management systems on the market that provides pure 120-volts or 240-volts power, have zero transfer time regardless of input (grid, solar, or generator) and can be custom configured to back-up whatever the client needs require. Other products in this category simply provide battery backup or clean up the power.
