Two leading Texas-based custom integration firms — Texadia Systems and DM Home Entertainment — have executed a definitive merger agreement which will create distinct residential and commercial divisions within the new company. The new privately held company will operate under the brand name Texadia Home Technologies, which will focus on the residential market. Meanwhile, Texadia Systems will continue focused on the commercial A/V sector.
Its ability to balance sales growth with operational efficiency earned the organization record-growth by 2016, hitting $6.2 million in sales that year. Texadia Systems, one of Dallas’ fastest growing A/V companies, is an integration company founded in 2013 with a focus on commercial relocation projects, design/build A/V projects, high-end customer homes and multi-dwelling units.

DM Home, based in Carrollton, Texas, has been building its reputation in the home entertainment and automation industry since 2003. Its 15-year focus on providing the builder and homeowner with a suite of services including in-home theater design and installation, whole house pre-wire, security, central vacuum systems, intercom and professional lighting services.
As noted, Texadia Systems will continue to serve the commercial sector’s audio visual systems integration needs led by founder and CEO Steve Burke, who will also take on the role of CEO for Texadia Systems.
