Savant Shifts to Virtual Programming for CEDIA Expo

Published: August 11, 2021

Savant has made the decision to pivot from the upcoming in-person CEDIA Expo in Indianapolis to a virtual platform for its show programming and integrator engagement, the company announced Tuesday in a letter from CEO & chairman Robert Madonna.

“In lieu of our originally planned onsite CEDIA experience, our team is preparing engaging virtual sessions so that we can share exciting product news and deliver informative content to best support your businesses through these challenging times,” Madonna said in the statement.

“This year’s show is slated to be the biggest ever for Savant, including new products and innovations from GE Lighting, a Savant company and Savant Power.”

The decision was made to “best protect our employees, our customers and all industry associates from the impact of COVID-19 and the unpredictable Delta variant,” according to Madonna. Details on virtual programming and content will be announced soon from Savant.
