PS Audio has added to its line of power solutions with the introduction of its P20 Power Plant power regeneration solution.
Showcased during the recently completed Rocky Mountain Audio Show in Denver, the P20 Power Plant regenerates power to provide system owners with a solution that delivers low distortion, clean current.
The new product raises PS Audio's total number of power regeneration offerings to three, spanning a range of prices and applications for integrators to address.
The other two products in the series are the P5 and P10 AC power regenerators. The P5 offers a total of 1,200 watts of total power regeneration, along with surge protection, and web-based control capabilities.
PS Audio's P10 AC is a larger solution designed to operate 24 hours per day, 365 days a year. The P10 produces a total of 1,500 watts, and it includes a front-panel interface and web-based control options.
The P5 includes a total of eight outlets, and the P10 offers 10.

Debuting during the annual Rocky Mountain Audio Fest consumer audiophile show, the P20 is said to offer lower impedance, more output devices and greater current capabilities than any other product in the consumer power category
PS Audio explains that one of the P20's unique features is its new graphical user interface (GUI) that provides information regarding the input and output signals.
Also as part of its Rocky Mountain Audio Fest activities PS Audio demonstrated a pair of P20s in a system that included the company's DirectStream Memory Player (DMP), along with a DirectStream digital-to-analog converter (DAC), a BHK Signature Preamplifier and a pair of BHK Signature 300 Amplifiers.
Using a pair of Focal Sopra No. 3 loudspeakers, as well as a pair of REL 212/SE subwoofers, Fin Art equipment racks, MG Audio interconnects, and its own power cables, PS Audio showcased its electronics and power equipment while playing a variety of content and sources, including SACDs and CDs.
PS Audio notes the total cost of the demo system was $100,000.
