Jason Fischbeck is the owner of Automated Environments (www.aearizona.com) of Mesa, Arizona. Established in 1994, AE focuses 60% on residential and 40% on commercial projects, integrating with Crestron and Control 4 systems. There are 25 persons in the company, and they believe in developing deep relationships with their clients.
While Jason’s business focuses upon Arizona, several of his clients own properties in other states, and he has sent teams to those states to successfully install Audio/Video systems in those locations. In one case, his client had three Michigan properties with existing DirecTV service that had bad luck with AT&T, and asked if he could recommend an alternative video service to satisfy their house guests arriving for the holidays. The catch? The client requested this on July 2nd, well AFTER Jason and his team had returned back to Arizona. In an effort to best serve his client, Jason reached out to DISH’s concierge team to see if they could help.
The DISH Concierge team sent a local master technician to his client’s home location in Michigan the next day (July 3rd), and upon approval from Jason and his client, were able to arrange for a master technician to install the DISH service on July 5th. The AE technician with the help from Dish was able to connect remotely to integrate the Dish receiver’s into the Control4 system, and saved the day for Automated Environments.
“This represented a huge victory for us,” according to Jason, “because even at over 1,000 miles away, DISH made us look like a hero to our client. It made it appear to my client that I could execute this from a distance, overnight, leveraging the resources of a large company (DISH). I now trust DISH technicians as much as I trust my own guys, and I absolutely love the Concierge Service. After installing and using my showroom account, in the last year I’ve spent my time switching to recommending DISH over any other video service.”
