In this category-by-category breakdown, senior editor Bob Archer delivers an in-depth look at the most frequently used manufacturers in 55 product categories. The numbers associated with each manufacturer reflect the number of CE Pro 100 dealers using that brand.
Flip-flopping positions with almost identical numbers from 2016, Kaleidescape reclaims the top position in the Media Servers/ Streaming Devices category.
Falling out of the top five brands are TiVo and Crestron, whose CE Pro 100 numbers stagnated to drop them behind the mainstream products from Apple and Roku.
