The European audio company came out with the second generation of its architectural Performance Series CI products, which Michael Manousselis, VP operations, says incorporate core Dynaudio tweeter, voice coil, etc., technology but in a much shallower depth, starting around $400/speaker. There are two in-ceiling (6.5- and 8-inch woofer), two in-wall (same 6.5 and 8 inch), dual voice coil 6.5-inch version and LCR speaker.

The company also debuted its first outdoor speakers, with 70V/8-ohm transformer. Like the architectural models, there are 6.5- and 8-inch woofer varieties (OW6, OW8), IP-65 rated to protect against water and dust, articulating mounting bracket, and special UV-resistant finish in white or black. “They can be used with a conventional amplifier, 8-ohm, but there’s a transformer for 70/100-volt systems as well,” Manousselis says. “We’re just excited because they’re our first outdoor products.”
