Indoor air quality (IAQ) monitoring systems surged to the top as the most-installed wellness technology over the past 12 months. Last year, it was the sixth-most-installed technology. Human-centric lighting control and timed motorized shades for the control of natural light are still near the top. Smart sleep technology and integrated fitness gear rose compared to last year. Other technologies not making the top 10 include dedicated wellness rooms that combine home theater with yoga and other health activities, and faux skylights.
