The home audio company Wrensilva has just introduced white oak as a brand new finish available for the Wrensilva Record Console Collection.
According to the company, thoughtfully selected for its elegance and natural versatility, White Oak joins its lineup as an option that complements both modern and classic interiors.
“White Oak is not just a trend in the home; it has a legacy,” comments Debra Salyer, co-founder and chief design officer at Wrensilva. “Refined, versatile, and endlessly elegant, its timeless beauty enhances any space with a quiet confidence.”
Unlike traditional oak finishes the company contends, its new finish is milled to highlight the wood’s characteristics, favoring riftsawn and quartered grain patterns over cathedral graining for a sleek, contemporary aesthetic. The company points out the finish also includes subtle hints of curly figuring where appropriate, adding depth without overwhelming the design.
Further enhancing the finish, Wrensilva employs a water-based topcoat that preserves the white oak finish.
Each console is built by hand in San Diego’s Barrio Logan district. The Wrensilva Collection is inspired by the rich textures of old recording studios and classic consoles with a contemporary spirit that is designed to engage homeowners.
Wrensilva’s White Oak finish is now available for purchase across the Collection with The Standard starting at $13,900 and the M1 starting at $17,900.
