These Golf Simulator Projects Are the Cure to Post-Masters Golf Fever

Published: April 14, 2025

Before the 2025 Masters, I had decided I was probably done playing golf.

I picked up the hobby about seven years ago, learned the game, and saw myself actually getting better at the sport. Although I’m not brave enough to tell the world my scores. Since then, I got married, bought a house, had a child, and lost most of my free time that I was devoting to golf. I only golfed once last year, and my clubs are still sitting inside my front porch, untouched for almost a calendar year.

I flipped on The Masters as background noise while I worked from home last week, and I found myself tuning in during the weekend. That last round and playoff round were incredible theater, and it reminded me why I enjoyed playing the sport in the first place.

As I work out of a local coffee shop the day after the Masters concluded, I’m seeing a lot of golf attire, so I’m not the only one with golf on the mind today. I’m sure a lot of these same people would love a golf simulator in their basement, garage, or other space, so here are some projects we’ve covered that may make some golf enthusiasts envious.
