Origin Acoustics, a manufacturer of architectural loudspeakers and electronics, has announced the promotion of Miranda Grantham to national sales director and the appointment of Geena Sanchez as its new customer experience manager, strengthening its commitment to customer care and satisfaction.
With over a decade in the custom electronics industry, Grantham’s diverse background includes five years as Origin’s East Coast regional sales manager, and prior to that, she was the national sales manager for a manufacturer, Metra Electronics. Miranda Grantham was chosen as a 2021 and 2019 Powerful Women in Consumer Technology, Women on the Rise, and 2016 Top 40 under 40 recipients by Dealerscope Magazine.
As Origin Acoustics continues to grow its products and expand the Origin EcoSystem, Geena Sanchez has been hired as its customer experience manager, which it says strengthens its commitment to customer care and satisfaction.
Geena Sanchez brings over 12 years of customer service experience and six years of managing successful teams. Geena is responsible for both customer service and technical support teams. Most recently, she worked for a large e-commerce company where she focused on data analytics on customer engagement and service quality.
“I’m excited to join the Origin team,” states Sanchez.
“This is an exciting industry, and I like the way Origin focuses on creating the best customer experience for our dealer partners.”
Gordon Isaac, chief marketing and strategy officer, Origin Acoustics, emphasizes that Grantham has earned the promotion through hard work.
